Biography
Rob is a new teaching Associate professor, having recently completed his doctorate and a year of teaching at the University of Washington. At Mines he will be focusing on welcoming students in the 101 class and developing the department’s new Human-Computer Interaction class.
During his time at UW he studied educational reading and writing software for learning-disabled children, accessible programming environments for dyslexics, collaborative problem solving systems, and even a little neutrino physics.
He has also worked in industry at Zillow. His hobbies include cooking, hiking, video games, anime and generally being a big nerd.
